Reds with character - Shiraz, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Light Red.

Whites with regionality - Chardonnay, Semillon, Sweet white, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Botrytis Semillon; Sangiovese Rose; Fortified wines.
