Reds with character - Shiraz, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Pinot Noir.

Whites with regionality - Chardonnay, Viognier, Sweet white, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Botrytis Semillon; Moscato; Sangiovese Rose; Fortified wines.
