Fortified Wines

Rich  hues reveal a nose that is a symphony to the senses: raisined notes with the most luscious flavours of Muscat fruit. The nectar of the gods, with a sinful butterscotch/toffee aftertaste.

Based on Shiraz & Grenache this Tawny has been a working progress since 2005. The result wine shows aged characteristics with a nutty complexity on the nose, while the palate shows hints of fruit cake flavours with a lingering sweet finish. The perfect drink on which to end the night.
