Song and Surprise for BBQ guests ; The Weekly – Dec 7th 2011

Guests at Burnbrae’s Black Toe BBQ on Saturday night were surprised when their waiters burst into song. The “waiters” were actually members of the ‘Three Waiters‘, award winning opera singers and comedians who were the surprise entertainment for this years event.
Now in it’s sixth year, the Black Tie BBQ began as an event for Burnbrae customers and clients and has continued to grow each year.
This year, 140 guests enjoyed a menu prepared by chef Rachael McCarthy, matched with Burnbrae wines.
Burnbrae chose the occaision to Launch its new brand, which will be featured on five new wines also launched at the gala event.
